Version 1.5 plays and blends locally hosted engine recordings. There are no synthesized beeps, added whine oscillators or artificial pulse tones in the engine voice.
The Porsche 911 choice uses an actual Porsche 911 recording identified by its recordist. The original eight choices remain stylized profiles using two recorded V8 bases. RPM, load and gearing are virtual. The recording does not establish a specific 911 year, trim or exhaust system.

Adapted by the IGNITION project: trimmed into six loops, resampled, filtered, given a mild presence lift, normalized, crossfaded and embedded.
